Liberty Jr. Cheer
 Practice Time

As a Liberty Jr. Cheerleader you will
be responsible for memorizing
Cheers, Chants, Dance routines and
Stunts. Many of these you will learn at
camp and or practic
e. It is your job to
work on these at home as well as
practice. You can call up a fellow
cheerleader and practice together.
Just remember that stunting should
never be done outside of practice, or
without adult supervision.

     Conditioning

Conditioning is important for all athletes.
You should start out every morning with
20 pushups. On all days that you don't
have practice you should do some type of
exercise for at least 30 minutes. You can
jog around your neighborhood with a
friend, ride a bike, do a workout
video...etc. Please make sure to check
with your parents before going on a jog or
bike ride. You can also continue to use
Angel's summer workout below.
